Phoenix Raven Recruitment has been born out of Managing Director Amy Bracher’s individual aspirations. After many years of working as an employee within the recruitment industry, focusing on business / office support functions, Amy believed the time was right to draw on her skills, training and knowledge to start out on her own.
Amy’s ambition was to own a recruitment business that provides comprehensive, competitive and flexible services to the market. Her approach is personalised to each individual client and candidate, something she believes is currently lacking within the market. This is achieved by ensuring each client & candidate is valued and genuinely listened to.
